Frequency-Led LeadHERship is not about becoming someone new.
It is about returning to coherence, so leadership, creativity, and visibility arise from regulation rather than pressure.
Because clarity does not come from pushing harder.
It comes from a system that feels safe enough to listen.

A Different Model of Leadership

Traditional leadership models prioritize performance, productivity, and external results.
Frequency-Led LeadHERship starts somewhere else.
It recognizes that the body is the first environment we lead from.
When the nervous system is dysregulated, leadership becomes reactive.
When the body feels unsafe, visibility feels threatening.
When emotion remains unprocessed, decision-making becomes distorted by urgency or avoidance.
But when regulation returns, something shifts.

The Work Beneath the Work

Over the past two decades, Tara’s work has evolved across multiple disciplines, including nervous system regulation, mindfulness-based stress reduction, human design, astrology, biofield tuning, Bach flowers, somatic awareness, and leadership coaching.
These are not used as separate tools.
They are integrated into one understanding:
That physical, emotional, mental, energetic, and relational experiences are inseparable.
Rather than focusing on fixing symptoms or optimizing performance, this work helps women understand:
