Electric Women RemembHERing who they are.
If you've ever felt like you were too much and not enough at the same time —
like you could hold the whole world together for everyone else
but couldn't quite find your own footing —
she knows that feeling intimately.
Tara Kinden is a Bioenergetic Somatics practitioner, astro herbalist, certified Bach Flower practitioner, and the host of the Electric Women podcast — a daily show for women who are done waiting for someday and ready to remembHER who they are.
She is also a recording artist, a maker of candles and oils, a grower of chamomile and calendula, a woman who has built businesses from scratch and rebuilt herself more than once. She is a mother helping her son build Sharkies Hockey into something that matters. She is writing her first book.
She lives on the wild Atlantic coast of Newfoundland, where the ocean is never far and the rhythm of the tides informs everything she does.
She is multifaceted. Multidimensional. She has never fit neatly into a box — which is exactly why the women who find her feel so deeply seen.
Tara's work sits at the intersection of the nervous system, the cosmos, and the deeply feminine art of remembHERing who you are.
She uses Biofield Tuning, somatic awareness, astrology, Human Design, Venus Star Point, and Bach Flower essences — not as separate modalities to collect, but as a unified language for understanding why you feel the way you feel and what your body and your blueprint are actually asking of you.
This is not therapy. It's not generic coaching. It's not another program asking you to override yourself to achieve someone else's version of success.
It's a way of working that begins with your body, honours your design, and trusts that you already know more than you think you do.
Tara's gift is helping you cut through the noise — the stories, the conditioning, the patterns that were never yours to carry — and get to the heart of what is actually true for you. So you can lead your life from that place. Fully. Unapologetically. Electrically.
Tara is currently writing her first book — a living expression of the Electric Women philosophy and the Frequency-Led LeadHERship framework she has spent years developing through her own life and her work with women.
It is not a self-help book. It is not a formula. It is an invitation — to lead differently, to live fully, and to stop waiting for permission to be exactly who you already are.
To remembHER. To lead from that place. To create the life that was always meant for you.
Coming soon. Watch this space.
Mermaid Cove is the physical home of this philosophy. A seaside retreat space on the wild Atlantic coast of Newfoundland that Tara created as a place where women could step completely out of urgency and into themselves.
Some women come for private immersion work with Tara. Some come simply to rest beside the ocean and remembHER what quiet feels like. All of them leave changed.
The work is never about fixing you. It is about helping your system settle so you can finally hear yourself again — and remembHER who you came here to be.
One of the most important expressions of Tara's work doesn't happen in a session or a container. It happens through Sharkies Hockey — a community project she built alongside her son.
Sharkies donates medals to youth hockey tournaments and celebrates effort, creativity, and confidence in young athletes — especially the kids who might not always be the biggest or fastest on the ice.
Leadership isn't something you turn on for business and turn off at home. It's something our children feel. Sharkies is proof of that.
Confidence grows in safe environments. People thrive when they feel supported, not pressured. And legacy is built in the moments we think nobody is watching.
If something in you just went — yes, her — trust that.
That's the nudge. That's exactly what this work is about.
